Health Management

Both mental and physical health is critical if students are to get the most out of their university experience. University healthcare centers are here to support you. Feel free to stop by whenever you're not feeling well. Your privacy will always be strictly maintained.

Hours of operation

Health centers are closed on Sundays and holidays.

Medical examinations

Please come to the Health Center 10 - 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Medical examination times are subject to change. Contact the healthcare center at your campus before your appointment to confirm.

Lunch hours

Each campus healthcare center has different lunch hours.
Note that patients will not be seen during lunch hours except in an emergency.

Extended holidays

Health centers will have a different schedule during the extended summer and winter holidays, and may close entirely.

General Consultation Center

Contacting consultation centers

Note: All consultations and student information will be kept strictly confidential.

Students may come by for a consultation whenever the center is open.
Accompanying family and friends are welcome!
Your consultation will be kept strictly confidential, but you may still contact us anonymously if you wish.
We also accept consultations by phone, letter, and fax (Kagurazaka and Noda campuses only). We do not accept email consultations at this time.
If you would like to speak with a counselor or psychologist, we recommend that you make an appointment.
Changes in hours or days of operation will be posted. A staff member will be available at the Kagurazaka and Noda consultation centers.
The consultation center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Information on operating hours during extended holidays will be provided separately.
Consultation center services are only available to Tokyo University of Science students, faculty, and staff members.
